(Scroll down for video) A 100-year-old woman was surprised to have lost against her landlord in court, and will have to leave her apartment within two weeks, according to court documents in California.

Evelyn Heller of Palm Desert, was dragged to court by her landlord, Deep Canyon Desert LLC.

The landlord complained that the old woman disturbed her neighbors by constantly arguing with her daughter. They also complained that the apartment is in terrible shape.

Heller acted as her own attorney in court, and tried to reason with the judge, saying that she is a very old woman and cannot leave her apartment.

Heller acted strange in court. She danced around in the courtroom and refused to sit at the defendant’s table. She also complained that she was unable to read court documents due to her bad eyesight.

After listening to the complaint put forward by the landlord, the judge ordered Heller to vacate her apartment within two weeks.

Heller vowed to stay in her apartment despite the court order.
