People who are lining up to get a chance to take a ride on a giant new roller coaster in the United Kingdom, were told that they are not allowed to scream even when they drop more than 40 feet.
The Big Sheep amusement park in Devon, said that their new roller coaster is called The Big One.
The management of the theme park said that they have decided to ban screaming on their roller coaster in order not to upset the neighbors with noise.
The Big One roller coaster is more than 1,300 feet long and at one point drops more than 40 feet. The theme park faced a five year battle with neighbors before the ride opened to the public.
Engineers who constructed the ride installed noise absorbers in order not to disturb the neighbors. The company spent more than $150,000 to build the roller coaster.
Those who scream during the ride face being banned from the park, but no legal action can be taken against people who break the rule.
