Homeowner gets stabbed in the neck after stabbing man who defecated on his lawn

A homeowner was arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly stabbing a man who defecated on his lawn, police in California said.

Stockton police said that they have arrested 18-year-old Lonale Shaw, after being accused of stabbing a man in the head for defecating on his lawn.

Shaw was charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon.

According to the police, around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, officers were called to the 2000 block Superior Street, on a report of two people who had been stabbed.

Police officers who arrived at the scene, learned that Shaw became angry after seeing the man defecating on his lawn.

Shaw began chasing the man with a large knife. The man fell down, and Shaw jumped on top of him, stabbing him in the head with the knife.

During the fight, Shaw dropped the knife, and the victim was able to pick it up and stab his attacker in the neck.
