(Scroll down for video) A police officer filed a lawsuit against her department after they allegedly shared nude photos of her that were found on her lover’s cellphone, according court documents in Ohio.

Tricia Zimmerman of the Columbus Police Department, filed the lawsuit after investigators allegedly printed her nude photos and shared them around with people who were not involved in an investigation into the alleged affair.

Zimmerman admitted that she sent nude photos to her boyfriend, Columbus Police Officer Jeffrey Lazar. She said that the photos were taken while she was off duty and shared it using her personal phone.

Zimmerman revealed that when Lazar separated from his wife, she took his phone to the police, alleging that he and Zimmerman had sex while on duty.

Zimmerman claimed that investigators printed the photos, and shared them with agents not involved in the investigation, prompting degrading comments and workplace hostility.

The city denied the allegations. Officer Lazar filed a separate lawsuit against the city.
