According to police, an off-duty police officer was eating at Mazzio's Pizza at 7620 S. Pennsylvania Avenue in Oklahoma City.

About 12:30 p.m., the officer who was eating with her two children, noticed 29-year-old Lindsay Williams putting her hands into the salad bar.

The officer approached the woman and asked her not to take food out of the salad bar with her hands.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office deputy then went to the store manager and informed her of what happened. The manager removed the salad and brought out fresh food.

However, Williams was not done. She wanted more salad. She placed her hands into the food and took some more salad with her bare hands.

When she was once again told to stop, she punched the off-duty officer in the face.

Williams was arrested, and she faces charges of assault and battery.
