(Scroll down for video) A clown was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after he and a colleague attacked a teenage girl with sex toys in the parking lot of a haunted house, police in Illinois said.
25-year-old Robert Keller of Montgomery, has been sentenced to complete 30 hours of community service and 12 months of supervision after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct.
He was also ordered to pay a fine of $500.
The mother of the teenage girl filed a lawsuit against Massacre Haunted House, Robert Keller and another male identified only as John Doe, claiming that the experience in the parking lot left her daughter with emotional and psychological damage.
The girl's mother is seeking more than $50,000 plus punitive damages to punish the two people and deter others from similar misconduct.
The woman said that she brought her four children to the haunted house on a Saturday night. As they were walking from their car to the ticket office, two people dressed in clown suits were holding sex toys.
One of the clowns was holding a teddy bear and simulated sex.
The unidentified person waved the teddy bear in the face of the teenage girl. The other clown hit the girl several times with the sex toy and shouted explicit statements.
The mother and children returned to their car and left without entering the haunted house.
