Ginger Maxville of Oklahoma, loves children.

She is a teacher's aide for the Mannford Public Schools, and the bus driver.

This week, she was seen on surveillance video using the Heimlich maneuver to save the life a 5-year-old boy.

Maxville was close to the end of her route when she noticed the boy standing and making noises. At first, she thought that the boy was just trying to annoy her and not follow her instructions to sit.

However, she soon realized that the child was clutching his chest. The boy’s brother informed the driver that he swallowed a penny.

Maxville said she immediately parked the bus on the side of the road. She then grabbed the student from the seat and administered the Heimlich maneuver.

She successfully dislodged the coin from the young student's throat, saving his life.
