A restaurant owner was shocked to receive a letter, which threatened a lawsuit over a free bowl of soup.

Our Place Restaurant in Mansfield, Texas, is known for its great food.

They also serve delicious bowls of soup, which are free of charge. The menu states that the soup is free while supplies last.

Benji Arslanovksi said that he was shocked to receive a letter from attorney Dwain Downing, stating that he will be sued because he did not receive a free plate of soup, and the restaurant did not want to replace the free soup with a free side dish.

Downing wants to sue for false business practices because Arslanovksi does not cook enough free soup to provide for his customers.

The letter states in part that he wants $2.25 in damages and $250 in attorney's fees, or he will sue the restaurant.

He also is demanding that if the free soup is not available, the restaurant must substitute it with a side dish or they must give a reduced rate for the food.

Downing also wrote in the letter that Arslanovksi has 10 days to respond before he files the lawsuit.
