The man of Tennessee, was arrested on a charge of assault after he allegedly became angry and beat his wife while she was breastfeeding their son.

25-year-old Dustin Hartley was intoxicated after a night of drinking with friends when he came home and wanted to cuddle with his wife Kennedy Decker.

However, she turned down his advances because she was breastfeeding her one-month-old son in their bedroom.

The woman told police that they began arguing, and Hartley grabbed the baby from her arms. Decker said that she went into her son’s room to give her husband time to cool off.

However, he followed her into the room and started hitting on the arms and chest with one hand while holding the baby in the other hand.

Decker told police that she kicked her husband in the chest to get him out of her room, and she called 911.

Hartley and his wife have been married since December 2014, according to her Facebook page.

According to the police report, Decker had signs of having been beaten on the arms, and Hartley had a mark on the chest consistent with being kicked.

Hartley was booked into the Montgomery County jail on $500 bail.
