Man kills his stepdaughter in front of her mother and siblings because she caused a delay in getting tax refund

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge murder after allegedly killing his stepdaughter because she caused a delay in getting his tax refund from the IRS, police in Georgia said.

Gwinnett County police have arrested 43-year-old Bryon Winborne, after being accused of shooting 26-year-old Kysha Johnson.

Winborne was charged with murder and assault. He was booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center, where he is being held without bail.

According to the police investigation, a fight broke out between Winborne and his stepdaughter after learning that his tax refund was delayed because of her.

He shot her once. She was taken to the hospital, where she died. Johnson’s mother, her two teen brothers and two young children were in the house at the time of the shooting.

No other injuries were reported.
