A woman called police to complain that a man tried to use an electric clipper to shave off her hair from her head while waiting for a train at a station, police in the United Kingdom said.

According to the Manchester police, the suspect, who was described as white, around 5 feet 7 inches tall and a large build, approached the 24-year-old woman at the Piccadilly train station.

The woman said that he was wearing a blue baseball cap and a grey raincoat. He pulled out the clippers and tried to shave her hair before the woman ran away.

The suspect then tried to shave the hair of other women. By the time police arrived, the suspect was gone.

“Strange job Piccadilly 8:00 p.m. Aggressive man turned on electric shavers and tried to shave back of 24-year-old woman's head,” the Greater Manchester Police wrote on Twitter.

The incident occurred just one week after a man cut off the hair of a girl at the train station.

The 17-year-old girl was heading home after eating a restaurant with her friends on Friday. Suddenly, she felt someone pulling her hair.

She turned around, and saw the suspect standing close to her while her hair was on the floor. The student identified the man as 35 years old with a small build.

He was wearing a black jacket, black pants and a black hat. So far, no arrests have been made.
