(Scroll down for video) A father was arrested in front of his son after arranging to sell a large quantity of drugs in a Burger King kids play area.
Police in Pennsylvania, said that the father and his brother came to the Burger King with a large amount of drugs.
They attempted to sell heroin to an undercover police officer, the North Versailles police confirmed.
According to a criminal complaint, Marlon Byars, 28, and his brother, Otis Pegues, conspired to deliver 20 bricks of heroin to an undercover agent for $4,600.
The men were arrested after police conducted an investigation in which Pegues, 32, of Pittsburgh, also allegedly sold drugs to an undercover officer on two occasions in department stores.
Undercover officers bought drugs from the brothers in a Walmart bathroom and in the sports section in a Kmart store.
Byars had his 6-year-old son at Burger King, while selling the drugs.
Byars and Pegues were charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy and endangering the welfare of children.
