10-year-old girl sexually assaulted after her mother allowed refugee to sleep in her room

A refugee was arrested on a charge of sexual assault after sexually assaulting a young girl in her home, police in Sweden said.

Now, the Lund District Court has ordered the 19-year-old man to undergo counseling, where he will be taught to control his urges and impulses.

The lenient sentence was handed down after the man identified as Isaac Andai, claimed to be just 15 years old.

Isaac told the court that he was 10 years old when he started school, where he remained for seven years, and he committed the assault two years after completing school.

According to the police investigation, the girl’s mother of Eslov, decided it would be a good idea to open her home to the teenage refugee from Eritrea.

She kicked the 10-year-old girl out of her room to make space for the new guest. The refugee then decided sexually assault the girl identified as Emma.

One night, Emma awoke to find Isaac squeezing her chest.

She suffered pain after the incident and did not want to tell anyone because she feared that her mother could get into trouble.

Eventually, Emma told a friend and the police were called.

During questioning, Isaac denied ever touching the girl.
