Police in Missouri, arrested the man they say had a loaded gun and a homemade explosive device in his car.

Caleb Ayers was wearing a shirt that had a picture of a gun and the slogan: “If at first you don't succeed reload and try again,” while he was in his car that was parked outside a bank.

Cass County Sheriff's deputies were called around 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, to the 100 block of Second Street Drexel, by employees who reported a suspicious person in a car parked behind the bank.

Officers found a loaded pistol and hand-made explosive device in the vehicle. The area around the bank was evacuated, and the Lee's Summit Bomb Squad responded and disarmed the homemade device.
