(Scroll down for video) A homeowner in California, was shocked to learn that she was barred from having any contact with a squatter who moved into her home without her consent.

Sandra Forbes revealed that the squatter, who was not identified, managed to persuade a judge to issue a restraining order, protecting her from being forcefully removed from the property.

Forbes said that the squatter has been living in her home in Fair Oaks, without permission for two months. Forbes is not the first person to complain about this particular squatter.

Two other homeowners revealed that they were victims of this woman. Susan Haltom said her nightmare began four years ago.

The woman signed a lease and paid the rent for several months, but then stopped making payments, claiming that the property was infested with mice.

The woman lived there for a year and a half before moving out.

The squatter claims that she signed a lease with Forbes, but the homeowner said that this was not the case, adding that she has never met the woman.

The squatter produced a lease, but Forbes claims that the lease is fraudulent.

Now, Forbes was barred from having any contact with the squatter after being served an order of protection signed by a judge.
