(Scroll down for video) A woman and her husband canceled their gym memberships at Movati in Canada, after being told that other members were uncomfortable due to the large size of her breasts.
Jenna Vecchio of Ottawa, was working out on Saturday morning, when she was told that she can no longer be at the gym with her tank top due to her large breasts.
The woman was told that other customers in the gym complained. Vecchio was confused and felt embarrassed because other women wore similar shirts.
She and her husband left the gym and canceled their memberships.
A supervisor at the gym told Vecchio that her tank top was inappropriate and is offensive to both the staff and other members.
She was told that Movati has a dress code, stating that only appropriate gym attire and modest clothing is to be worn.
Vecchio asked all the women at the gym of they have a problem with her tank top, and they all said “no,” leaving her to believe that the only people having a problem were the employees.
Vecchio pointed out to them that her shirt was no different than any other woman's shirt. They informed her that it did not matter due to her chest size.
She felt humiliated and discriminated against due to her figure.
Movati supervisors told her that they are a private club and they can make their own rules.
