A silly burglar was busted after leaving a note with his name and motive for the robbery.
Police in Texas, had an easy time finding the suspect after he left a note in the apartment of an acquaintance, explaining why he robbed the victim.
Police arrested 56-year-old Mark Kenady, after the homeowner found his home burglarized. His flat screen television, $50 cash and other items were missing from his home.
The man found a broken window, where the suspect gained entry.
Kenady left a handwritten note on the kitchen counter, saying that the theft was an act of revenge because the victim refused to lend him $2 the night before.
The suspect signed the note “Mark Kenady.” He was arrested after police compared the signature to that of his driver’s license.
Kenady was booked in the Travis County Jail, on a charge of burglary of a habitation. Bail was set at $20,000.
