Kielty has been charged with two counts of criminal mischief, one count of trespass, and one count of disorderly conduct.
Kielty was taken to the Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was treated and released.
Police were called to the Safeway located at 450 SW 3rd Street, on a report of a man who had defecated in one of the aisles in the store.
Employees told police that Kielty walked in the store, dropped his pants and defecated. He then continued walking in the store until employees persuaded him to leave.
Kielty then walked into a stranger’s home in the 300 block of SW 7th Street. He was naked and defecated on a couch. When the homeowner demanded him to leave, he ignored the request.
