A man was arrested on a charge of drug possession after allegedly vomiting bags of heroin in a hospital emergency room, according to police in Pennsylvania.
Wilkes-Barre police said that they have arrested 47-year-old John Hawk, after being caught in possession of heroin during hospitalization.
Hawk has been charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance.
According to the police investigation, Hawk passed out on the balcony of the Bridge Market Street around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Paramedics who arrived at the scene, determined that Hawk was extremely intoxicated. He was taken to the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, where he threw up 10 bags of heroin.
Doctors called the police who arrested Hawk.
