(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly killing his roommate at a hospital because he tried to touch his private parts, according to police in Florida.
Miami police 23-year-old Andre Brown, after being accused of strangling 55-year-old Alejandro Ortega.
Brown was charged with one count of second-degree murder.
He was booked into jail, and is being held without bail.
According to police, Ortega was found lying on the bathroom floor of a room he shared with Brown at the Mount Sinai Medical Center on Saturday.
Ortega was bleeding heavily from the head.
When Brown was questioned, he told investigators that he hit Ortega numerous times in self defense after he tried to touch his private area.
Brown then strangled Ortega. Joanna Palmer, who is a spokesperson for the hospital, said that the incident took place in the psychiatric unit.
