People in Victoria, Australia, were surprised to see a photo of a suspect with his nose blacked out.

Transit Crime Investigation Unit detectives appealed for public assistance after a woman was sexually assaulted while traveling on a train last month.

The 30-year-old woman told police that the incident happened on the St. Kilda Road train on Tuesday around 8:00 p.m.

The woman told investigators that the man stood close to her and touched her on the behind several times, before she moved to another part of the train.

Police believe that the man may have sexually assaulted another passenger before getting off the train near the Shrine of Remembrance.

Investigators have released a computer generated image of the man they believe can assist them with their inquiries. The nose of the suspect was blacked out because the victim did not remember how it looked like.
