A personal trainer was arrested on a charge of threatening after using a sex toy to threaten a mechanic whom he blamed for losing his Mercedes to the police, according to court documents in Australia.
Now, 42-year-old Aaron Sabbah of Sydney, has been sentenced to serve 12 months in prison after pleading guilty to numerous charges.
However, the judge ruled that Sabbah will be released from prison when his partner gives birth to his child.
According to the police investigation, Sabbah entered the mechanic’s auto body shop armed with a long sex toy and he was accompanied by two heavy built people.
Sabbah demanded money because the mechanic drove his Mercedes when police seized it because it was stolen. The surveillance cameras of the auto body shop recorded the confrontation, and the victim handed it over to the police.
Sabbah had a mistaken belief that the mechanic owed him money, and had threatened him via phone, text and instant messages.
Sabbah’s stolen Mercedes-Benz is worth more than $167,000. It was seized by police while it was driven by the mechanic.
Sabbah told the court that he had warned the mechanic not to drive the car, but he did not listen.
