A woman of the United Kingdom, is begging people to help her find her prosthetic hand.

The college student said that she lost her prosthetic hand, which cost about £3,000 ($4,200).

20-year-old Amelia Welch said that she was partying with friends after finishing her first year of her marine biology degree at Plymouth University.

She was at the Oceana nightclub in Devon, when she lost her prosthetic hand. Welch is offering a reward of £100 ($140) for its return.

Welch said that she remembers taking off her prosthetic hand in the bathroom and the next morning, she realized it was gone.

She called the nightclub, but they did not find the hand. She is now asking people to help her locate the hand, which is not only expensive to replace, but it takes many hours to make.

Welch was born with a congenital hand malformation. She does not have the use of her right hand, and she uses the prosthetics for cosmetic purposes.
