(Scroll down for video) A man who was sentenced to serve 40 in prison, became angry and threw feces and urine in the court, striking his own defense attorney, police in Ohio said.
Now, 46-year-old Ricky Hand of Clark County, faces additional charges after throwing several bottles filled with urine and faces in court.
Hand was charged with five counts of harassment with bodily substance, obstructing official business and retaliation.
Hand was sentenced to 40 years in prison after being charged with 30 counts of burglary, safe cracking, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and attempted safe cracking.
Hand interrupted the judge before the exploded. He asked the judge if he really was just sentenced to 40 years in prison. When the judge said “yes,” Hand took feces and threw it, hitting his lawyer.
Investigators believe that Hand prepared the bottles of urine and feces in his prison cell and brought them with him to court.
Hand was not checked before entering the courtroom.
