Williams has been charged with one count of aggravated assault, one count of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of homicide.

According to the police investigation, Williams had been drinking alcoholic beverages on Sunday night, before he fell over a laundry basket in the bedroom of JonMarquis Stepich.
