Pinellas County police said that they have arrested 51-year-old Richard Cook, after being accused of assaulting the woman who was dressed in a bikini.

Cook was charged with one count of battery. He was booked into the Pinellas County Jail, and his bail was set at $2,500.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded at the Sunset festival, where Cook asked for a volunteer from the crowd for his trick.

A woman dressed in a bikini approached the magician, and she was asked to keep her hands in front of her as part of the trick.

Cook then promised to make her scarf disappear. Instead, Cook simply grabbed the bottom of the bikini and tried to pull them away from her body.

Fortunately, she was able to hold on to it.

Cook then tried again to take the bikini bottom away, but the woman explained that she was not comfortable being a volunteer for the trick.

Cook promised her that she will soon feel comfortable, and tried to snatch off her bikini bottom again. At this point, the woman fled the scene and called police.
