A woman who was attacked by a kangaroo while riding her bicycle in Australia, will need new breast implants after her old ones exploded.
45-year-old Sharon Heinrich of Clare Valley, said that she was riding her bicycle along with her friend, 47-year-old Helen Slater, when she was attacked by the kangaroo.
The incident unfolded on Wednesday, after she saw the large kangaroo standing on the side of the path. As the two women passed, the kangaroo jumped across the track, landing on Heinrich and then hitting Slater.
Both women were knocked to the ground as a result of the attack. Heinrich broke three ribs and will undergo surgery on Thursday, to replace her ruptured breast implants.
Slater suffered a concussion.
After being hit by the kangaroo, Slater managed to cycle on the bike path to a nearby business, where she called an ambulance.
