A man was arrested on a charge of mischief to property after being accused of rubbing his private parts on his coworker’s cellphone, according to police in Canada.

Now, 41-year-old Douglas Whaley of Newmarket, Ontario, has been sentenced to serve 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to mischief to property, four counts of voyeurism and one count of illegally entering a dwelling to commit an offense.

As part of the plea bargain agreement, Whaley is not allowed to use a camera, video recorder, smartphone or computer equipped with a camera for 10 years.

According to the police investigation, Whaley sneaked into the woman’s office when no one was around and rubbed his private parts on her cellphone.

He then poured his bodily fluids into her coffee cup and on the desk. He also recorded himself doing so 25 times. The videos were discovered by police when they searched his cellphone and computer during an investigation of voyeurism.

The woman, who was not identified, believes that she consumed Whaley’s bodily fluid when she drank her coffee.
