New Richmond police said that they have arrested 14-year-old Kali Jade Bookey, after being accused of smashing a bowl on the 15-year-old girl’s head and using one of the pieces to slit her throat.

Bookey has been charged as an adult with one count of attempted murder.

If convicted, she faces up to 40 years in prison.

According to the police investigation, Bookey attacked her victim, who is the girlfriend of her brother, in her bedroom and tried to strangle her.

She then accused of having broken two bowls on the head of the victim, and finally cut her throat with a fragment of one of the bowls.

Bookey then called the police, claiming that two men in a green van tried to kidnap her while she was out for a bike ride.

She said that she then told the men that the girlfriend of her brother was home alone and that they should take her instead.

The victim was found by police in her bedroom and bleeding profusely.

The victim told investigators that Bookey asked her if she wanted to die or bleed out.

Bookey described herself as a crazy psychopath in search of her first murder.

She wished the victim a great afterlife before leaving the home.

Bookey admitted that she hated the 15-year-old girl because she made her brother happier than she was able to.
