(Scroll down for video) A supervisor of community service orders was arrested on a charge of sexual assault after allegedly allowing women to go home early in exchange for sexual favors, according to police in Hawaii.
Honolulu police said that they have arrested 47-year-old Harold Villanueva Jr., after a woman recorded a conversation during which he asked for sexual favors in exchange for allowing her to go home before 1:00 p.m.
Villanueva was charged with one count of fourth-degree sexual assault. Villanueva was placed on administrative leave without pay.
According to the criminal complaint, 21-year-old Makana Milho was cleaning toilets as part of a court ordered community service when Villanueva slapped and pinched her behind.
She immediately started recording their exchange with her cellphone that was inside her purse. Villanueva then took her to an empty parking lot, where he offered to release her earlier if she performed a sex act on him.
Villanueva boasted that other women doing community service have given him sexual favors to get home early. Milho uploaded the video to Facebook, where it was seen more than 200,000.
Milho then removed the video after people called her a prostitute.
