A woman was arrested on a charge of battery after allegedly kicking her boyfriend in the face because he refused to have sex with her, according to police in Florida.

Port St. Lucie police said that they have arrested 34-year-old Jennifer Furguson, after being accused of getting into a fight with her boyfriend, 32-year-old Christopher Bodden, on Wednesday around 6:00 a.m.

Furguson, who lived with her boyfriend for two years, was booked into jail, and her bail was set at $500.

According to the criminal complaint, officers were called to the couple's home located 3100 block of Southwest Cathedral Street, on a report of a domestic dispute.

Officers who arrived at the scene, saw that Bodden’s face was swollen. Officers also saw holes in the walls. Bodden told police that after a night of drinking, his girlfriend woke up around 6:00 a.m., and wanted to have sex.

When he refused, she kicked him in the face several times. She then banged her into the wall, causing the holes.
