The Clearwater Police Department said that they have arrested 19-year-old Carmen Chamblee, after setting fire to the trunk of a white car because she was angry with her boyfriend.

In court, Chamblee pleaded not guilty to one count of second-degree arson. She was booked into the Pinellas County Jail, pending a bail hearing.

According to the police investigation, Chamblee set fire to the white Honda on Sunday, in the 1100 block of Blanche B. Littlejohn Trail.

A video of the incident shows Chamblee standing near the trunk of the vehicle and setting items inside on fire. She then fled from the scene on a bicycle.

The owner of the vehicle and the suspect do not know each other, and investigators believe that Chamblee thought the car belonged to her boyfriend.
