(Scroll down for video) A pastor who said that gays deserve what they got at the Orlando, Florida nightclub shooting, was arrested on a charge of child molestation after allegedly sexually assaulting a boy, according to police in Georgia.

Glynn County police said that 56-year-old Kenneth Adkins, who is the pastor of the Greater Church Brunswick on Altama Avenue, was charged with aggravated child molestation and child molestation stemming from sodomy allegations made by a young boy.

Adkins was booked into jail, pending a bail hearing. Adkins was placed on unpaid leave from The Greater Church Brunswick. His wife, Charlotte Stormy Adkins, was named as pastor of the church.

Charlotte said that her husband is innocent and that the boy who made the allegations, is a very troubled individual suffering from mental health issues.

However, investigators believe that Kenneth abused the boy in several locations in Brunswick, including at his church, a vehicle and at the victim’s home.

After the mass terrorist shooting at a nightclub in Orlando, Florida, Adkins said that he doesn’t see the gays as victims and they got what they deserved.
