(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of inducing panic after being accused of throwing raw eggs on his neighbor's house many times, according to police in Ohio.
Euclid police said that they have arrested 31-year-old Jason Kozan, after being accused of harassing his neighbor over an extended period of time.
In court, Kozan pleaded guilty to one count of inducing panic.
He was sentenced to 6 months in prison, which was suspended. Kozan was placed on 18 months of probation, and was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000.
According to the criminal complaint, 86-year-old Albert Clemens Sr. called police after someone repeatedly threw eggs at his home.
Clemens suspected Kozan and lived in fear until his neighbor moved away. Since Kozan moved away, the egg attacks stopped.
Kozan initially denied the allegations, saying he was not responsible for the egg throwing. He then changed his mind and pleaded guilty.
