An Uber driver in Florida, is in trouble after taking advantage of drunk female passengers.
St. Petersburg police arrested the Uber driver on charges of loitering and prowling after police said that he was caught looking through the windows of a condominium where he had dropped off two passengers.
40-year-old Christopher Cuccorillo dropped off the women in a gated community early Sunday morning at around 3:50 a.m.
He then walked to the windows of the home, which are enclosed with a tall fence and is not open to the public, and he peeked into the windows.
A witness called police after seeing Cuccorillo walking back and forth behind the apartment building. The witness said that he heard Cuccorillo tampering with a window.
When police arrived, Cuccorillo told them that he was checking on the women whom he dropped off.
He claimed that the women asked him to check on them because they were highly intoxicated.
However, the women told police they never made such a request. Detectives said that Cuccorillo’s story of the events changed several times during their investigation.
Cuccorillo was arrested and booked into the Pinellas County Jail. He was released on $250 bail.
An Uber spokesperson said that Cuccorillo no longer works for them.
