(Scroll down for video) Uber is urging people to get drivers through the app instead of flagging them down on the street.

This warning came after three women in Florida, called police to report that they were raped by an Uber driver.

During the investigation, police in Boca Raton, learned that the women used the same driver on different occasions and they all flagged him down rather than going through the app and waiting for a car.

36-year-old Xolani Mtsitsha of Boca Raton, was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual battery with physical force after DNA evidence linked him to the crimes.

However, Mtsitsha claims that the women offered him sex as payment for the ride.

Mtsitsha reportedly drove each of his victim to an industrial park located in the 1900 block of Corporate Drive in Boynton Beach, where he had sex with them.

Detectives said that they believe there could be other victims. Uber said that Mtsitsha no longer works for them.
