Prisoner cuts off inmate's manhood because he refused to have sex

A prisoner was charged with assault after allegedly cutting off the manhood of an inmate because he refused to have sex with him, according to police in Ghana.

Ankaful police said that they were called to the Maximum Security Prison on Monday, after the inmate’s manhood was cut off with a razor blade.

According to the police investigation, the suspect has been harassing the victim, asking him for sex for the past several weeks.

The two were summoned to appear before prison officials to resolve their sexual issues. On Monday around 9:30 a.m., the suspect left Cell 12 and went in Cell One.

He asked the victim for sex, and when he refused, a dispute broke out. The suspect then pulled out a razor blade and slashed the victim’s manhood.

The victim was rushed to the Interbeton Hospital in Cape Coast, where he will undergo surgery to reattach his manhood.
