(Scroll down for video) A rapper got into trouble when he wanted to buy candy, but he only had a $100 bill.

40-years-old Joseph Guillermo Jones, who is known as rapper Jim Jones of New York, walked into a gas station convenience store with a friend.

He grabbed a candy bar from a shelf, he opened it and began eating the sweet. Jones then walked up to the counter with a $100 bill to pay for the item.

However, employees informed Jones that they do not have change for such a large bill. The problem was that Jones did not have smaller bills and since he had already consumed the food, he was unable to walk away.

Jones asked the employees to get change. When they said that they were unable to do so, he asked what he was supposed to do, but they did not have a solution.

One employee stated that Jones can be charged with a crime for consuming the candy bar without paying for it.

However, Jones responded by saying that it would only be a crime if he did not have money, but he had money and he was trying to pay.

Jones then suggested that the employees can call police, “maybe they would have change,” he said. A friend took video of the incident, which showed that a police officer came to the scene.

At the end of the video, Jones did not explain how the issue was resolved, but he did say that he “had a blast.”
