Camden County police said that they have arrested 55-year-old Louis LaSalle, after investigators found thousands of child porn images and videos on his computer.

LaSalle has been charged with one count of possessing and distributing child porn. He was booked into the Camden County Jail, and his bail has been set at $150,000.

According to the criminal complaint, investigators learned that child porn was being downloaded and distributed through an IP address at a home.

Police obtained a search warrant and entered the home on Thursday.

Officers spoke to the homeowner and searched the computers and quickly determined that he was not in possession of child porn images.

Since the homeowner’s WiFi was not password protected, police began investigating the neighbors. Investigators zeroed in on LaSalle, who was using his neighbor’s WiFi to download child pornography to a laptop.

Police found more than 33,000 images and over 700 videos of child porn on the laptop. They also confiscated a wireless router that he used to connect to his neighbor’s WiFi.
