Homeless man leaves man unconscious for taking photo of him begging

A man, who fell on hard times, became very upset when a man took photos of his bad plight.

Now, the homeless man was arrested on murder charges after attacking the man and leaving him in critical condition.

Police in Florida, said that 38-year-old Evans Celestin was begging in the streets of Miami, when a 71-year-old man took a photo of him.

The elderly man allegedly said that he needs the photo in order to report him to authorities as panhandling is illegal in some areas.

Celestin became very irritated and angry. He followed the elderly man while screaming obscenities at him. He then allegedly pushed the elderly man.

The man fell to the ground and hit his head on the pavement. He was rushed to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

“The victim currently has no brain activity and is in critical condition,” police wrote in the arrest report.

Celestin was arrested and is being held without bail.
