(Scroll down for video) Police have released photos of a man who kidnapped his stepdaughter.

Police said that there was an order of protection, ordering 39-year-old Christopher Derleth to stay away from the victim.

He was not supposed to have any contact with his 13-year-old stepdaughrer Katherine Elizabeth Derleth, at the time that she went missing.

Katherine gave birth to her son, Christopher Ray Derleth, just two weeks ago, and police are very concerned over their safety.

The teenage mother and her newborn son were last seen in Edwardsville, Illinois, on Saturday night.

Police believe that the stepfather is traveling with the victims to West Virginia, in a green 1997 Mercury Villager minivan. His van has Illinois plates.

Police said that although he is still missing, Derleth was charged with aggravated kidnapping and child abduction so that they can have other police departments around the country help them bring him to justice.

Katherine Derleth is described as 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 95 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Christopher is described as 6 feet tall, weighing about 160 pounds.
