Newark police said that they have arrested the students on Saturday afternoon, while partying at a house located on East Park Place near Haines Street.

Around 4:00 p.m., officers stormed the house and arrested the 180 students, who were under the influence of alcohol. One student was unconscious.

The student was taken to the Christiana Hospital, after suffering from alcohol poisoning. All students are part of a University of Delaware fraternity called APES.

Police also arrested the organizers of the party, who face additional charges on top of the underage drinking charge.
