(Scroll down for video) Consumers who want to taste the fog of San Francisco, California, can now buy a martini from a restaurant that is made from the fog.
Epic Steak, which is located at 369 The Embarcadero, is selling a drink for the price of $43.
The manager of the restaurant said that the drink was added last month, and it instantly became very popular. The martini is made with Hangar 1 vodka.
Hangar 1 said that to create Fog Point, they installed fog catchers to turn fog into fresh water. This water is then blended with vodka from a premium vineyard on the coast.
The revolutionary experiment yields an extraordinarily crisp, pure, and gluten free sipping vodka with elegant hints of pear, citrus, and honeysuckle, the company wrote on its website.
