A man received a light sentence after raping a prostitute and forcing her to have sex with his dog.
George Pazos, 49, of Ohio, paid a woman to come to his home to have sex with him.
Once she was at his home, Pazos threatened her, tied her up and raped her, according to court documents. He then forced the woman to perform sex acts on his dog that he loves.
James Bogen, an attorney for Pazos, who faces 22 years in prison, acknowledged the accusations were “very disturbing,” but he said that the woman’s accounts of the attack changed a few times.
Pazos pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault at the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court in Cincinnati.
However, he later regretted his decision and asked the judge to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea.
However, his request was denied. The plea deal with prosecutors also allowed Pazos to avoid registering as a sex offender and he received only two years in prison.
Pazos begged Judge Patrick Dinkelacker to allow him to care for his beloved pets, the dog and a cockatoo, because he was unable to find someone to care for them, but his request was denied.
