(Scroll down for video) Friends are devastated that they were unable to save a woman from her abusive husband.

The mother is dead after she jumped out of a moving car in an alleged attempt to get away from her abusive husband.

The woman was killed after getting out of the moving car near I-44 in Oklahoma.

Police said that 33-year-old Brianne King was the passenger in the car that was driven by her husband, Michael Muller.

Authorities believe that the mother-of-five children opened her door and flung herself out of the moving vehicle before she died.

According to her friends, King was abused by her husband many times. She was beaten and abused in front her children and in front of them.

The friends said that they tried numerous times, using different tactics to get King to leave her husband after they witnessed her being abused and they saw many marks on her body that were caused by her husband, but for some reason, King refused their help.

Sadly, the young mother lost her life while her husband cannot be charged for the crime as she is not here to testify as to what took place in the car.

Muller has been arrested previously on several charges of domestic violence and child abuse. He is still awaiting trial. However, those charges might also be dropped since King can no longer testify against him.
