A man was arrested on a charge of mischief after allegedly breaking into a home to cook himself eggs in the kitchen, according to police in Canada.

Vancouver police said that they have arrested the 35-year-old man, who was not identified, after a homeowner caught him cooking eggs in the kitchen while completely naked.

The suspect was charged with one count each of mischief and break-and-enter.

According to the criminal complaint, the homeowner was watching television in the living room around 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, when he heard strange noises coming from the kitchen.

At first, the homeowner thought it was his roommate, but when he went to investigate, he saw a stranger who was completely naked, standing at the stove and cooking eggs.

The homeowner managed to chase the suspect out of his home. The homeowner called police, and the naked man was arrested several blocks away.

The suspect caused damage to the stove and the kitchen.
