(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested and is being held without bail for killing his former girlfriend’s new man.

The suspect was seen on video ringing the bell at the home of his love rival while he was dressed as a meter reader.

Willie Bell, 44, was wearing a vest and hard hat that read “Meter Inspector,” when he entered the home.

48-year-old Timothy Lawrence and the suspect never met before the encounter. However, they have been dating the same woman, and that caused Bell to be very angry.

Bell went into the Morgan Park, Chicago, home and spent about one hour there. He then left in plain clothes and got into the victim’s car.

He was seen at a gas station, where he used the victim’s credit card to purchase gas. He returned to the victim’s house and set it on fire.

Lawrence’s body was found burned inside the home. An autopsy determined that he died of a gunshot wound to the head.

Bell, who is a father of one child, was charged with first-degree murder and concealment of a homicide. Cook County Judge James Brown called Bell’s actions “cold, calculated and preplanned.”
