Police launched an investigation after three elderly people caused a herd of cows to run after them by waving carrots in the air, according to police in the United Kingdom.
Gloucestershire police said that the incident unfolded in Minchinhampton Common.
According to witnesses at the scene, three elderly people were traveling in an old Nissan, attracting cattle behind them with carrots.
A woman was sitting in the trunk of the car while waving carrots in the air. The woman sat there, laughing and holding carrots for the cows.
Hundreds of cows ran after the car, which traveled on the grass. A man and another woman were in the passenger seat and were waving carrots as well.
They were all laughing despite endangering the cows. The cows also seemed to be in distress as they were swinging around their heads.
