7-year-old child finds gun and fatally shoots 3-year-old brother while they were watched by babysitter

(Scroll down for video) Police launched an investigation after a young child shot and killed a toddler who was being watched by a babysitter, according to police in Ohio.
Toledo police said that the incident unfolded on Saturday afternoon around 1:00 p.m.
According to the police investigation, a 7-year-old child and a 3-year-old boy were left in the care of a babysitter in a home located 100 block of Rockingham and Cherry Street.
At some point, the 7-year-old child found a loaded gun. Several minutes later, the 3-year-old boy, who was identified as Tyrne Hoskins, suffered a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police believe that the shooting was an accident. So far, no charges have been filed.
