Police asked Rodriguez to leave the store and she did. Once she left the store, Rodriguez stood on the sidewalk and began yelling obscenities.

A woman tried to push Rodriguez into a car, but she started walking back to the store, vowing to buy a bottle of wine. An officer grabbed the woman, but Rodriguez resisted arrest.

Se lunged and bit the officer. Police then took Rodriguez to a hospital for medical clearance. Rodriguez was belligerent and disrespectful to the hospital staff.
